ORGANIC - SUSTAINABILITY
We CARE for our neighbours by focusing on organic produce and sustainability. Ingredients are hand-crafted by our chefs and bartenders to bring out the best flavours and looks.
We challenge you to try new tastes and change our kitchen and bar menu multiple times every season – ALWAYS making it exciting to come by.
We source our produce as close to home as possible and preferably from local high-quality farms, breweries, coffee-roasters, wine producers, etc.
All of our beers are from Copenhagen, all wine is from europe, most of our cheese are Danish produced & our bacon is from Karlsfälts Gård, southern Sweden.

Definitely NOT Italian pizzas!
NEIGHBOURHOOD pizza is our modern interpretation of the classic Italian pizza – it’s lighter, crispier, greener, even more beautiful and of course super tasty. The entire world is our inspiration, not just Italian.
Using sourdough and less than the usual amount of dough we create a tasty, crisp and easily digestible base. We top off with seasonal and exciting (non-classical) combinations of greens, vegetables, cheeses, sea food, meats and much more. Going untroditional, we use a lot of non-cooked ingrediens after the oven. Making the pizza a different and fresh experience.
Veggie and vegan options are always available.
OUR COCKTAILS
We home-infuse fine spirits and shake them with unique combinations of freshly squeezed fruits, herbs, vegetables and a lot of other exciting stuff. Keeping it fresh! By changing the cocktail menu every season.
Our cocktail bar is open until 01.00 in the weekends.
